Camping is becoming increasingly popular pastime in Italy. Many Italian campeggios are of an extremely high standard and offer easy access to popular destinations. Ideally located on the beach front, the campground is situated in the resort town of Grosetto, almost equidistant between Rome and Florence.

The Campsite is immersed in a splendid pinegrove on the seashore and it is located in the center of uncontaminated Mediterranean shrubs and groves. The Etruria Campsite extends over a surface of over 30.000 sqm. The tall pine trees make it shady and it has a dense vegetation of holm-oak, juniper and tamarisk.

An easy-cycle lane in the pine grove links the campsite to the censer of Castiglione Dallas Peskier which is 800 meters away and Marina DI Goriest

Camping Arco

Recently built "Arco Campsite" is situated in a peaceful position
at the foot of Mount Colodri, right next to the River Sarca. Ideal
for nature hiles, it also offers many mountain-bike routes and a
natural ground for climbing which can be reached on foot.

It's also only 5 km away from Lake Garda, the real wind-surfer's
paradise. The campground Is situated in a touristy-sport center
that includes a tennis-court, an Olympic pool and a children's pool,
bowling, ping pong, boulder room (indoor climbing), a beach volley
court, a climbing school, a children's playground and bike hire.

"Arco Campsite", set amid a splendid natural park with dense masses
of trees typical of the Mediterranean shores, offers every comfort of
a good campsite: all the plots are marked and numbered and all with electrical outlets.

The park is also equipped with a mini market, a bar with breakfast
service, snack bar, safe deposit boxes, little freezers with key,
launderette with washing and drying machines, ironing room,
barbecue and camper service.

"Arco Campsite" is equipped with new toilets (always with hot
water), sewage disposal and a toilet for the disabled. The park
is open from March through November and has also timber-built
bungalows, small apartments and caravans to rent.

The Municipal Swimming Pool

The Municipal Swimming Pool is situated in a peaceful position at
the foot of Mount Colodri in a touristy sport center, near "Arco
Campsite". It's open for everybody from June to August and offers
a splendid park with 2 pools (one of these is an Olympic pool with
8 lanes -50 x 25 mt.).

The big pool has 3 diving boards and the childrens' pool has a little playground. Situated on the northern side of Lake Garda, the pool
is also furnished with bar, snack bar and video games. All the showers
have always hot water without extra payment.

DOLOMITI CAMPING VILLAGE

Camping Due Laghi

Molveno is situated in the Nature Park of Adamello-Brenta, on the banks of a magnificent Alpine lake at the foot of the Brenta Group.

The Molveno scenery is breathtaking: there are the sharp peaks of the mountains that reach up from the green forests among the light reflections of the blue sky, and the lake surrounded by the green park where you may relax and sunbathe on hot summer days. If you are looking for ways to keep fit, you will be able to choose from the numerous possibilities offered to you: short walks in the forests around the village, or more challenging trekking excursions as high up as to the peaks of the Brenta Group - or to the mountain huts to enjoy local traditional dishes.

Nature lovers may explore the rich flowers and animals of the Nature Park of Adamello-Brenta. But the best part of Molveno in the summer are its lake and its green beach, where you can play sports. It is a pleasure to walk around in the historic centre of Molveno or to go shopping, but also to enjoy one of the music events organized on the little squares of the village.

Local culture may be explored by visiting the ancient water-powered sawmill still working, or the church of St.Vigilio dating as far back as the 13th century and today totally restored.

The "River" camping site, has about 250 individual camping lots 60/90 , two modern hot water and showers, laundry and ironing facilities, direct sewage system for caravans, camper and motorhomes. In the camp-site there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a self service restaurant, a bar and a general store. Boats can be docked along 120 m. long quay.

Besides the facilities within the camping site that include a swimming pool, table tennis, bowls, volley ball, five-a-side football, beach basket, beach volley, minigolf, tennis courts at 200 m, a gymnasium, sauna and riding stables, this area also offers modern facilities for special sports such as archery, sailing, scuba diving and athletics among others.
